Lemon Broccoli
Ingredients:
| • | 1 _ pounds fresh broccoli |
| • | 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind |
| • | 1/8 teaspoon salt |
| • | 1/8 teaspoon pepper |
| • | Lemon rind curls (optional) |
Trim off large
leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly,
and cut into spears. Arrange spears in a vegetable steamer over boiling water.
Cover and steam 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain; transfer to a serving
platter. Sprinkle with grated lemon rind, salt and pepper. Garnish with lemon
rind curls, if desired.
